Registration Information
ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE TO BE PAID BY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD. Please see the baseball divisions page or the softball divisions page to find the registration cost for your child's age division.  Please have your health insurance and family doctor information available as it will be required when registering your child.

If you want to pay cash or check, you will need to come to walk-in registration on one of the following dates:

  • Saturday, February 6 from 9 am – 12 pm at Gloria Dei Church on College Parkway
  • Saturday, February 27 from 10 am – 12 pm at Gloria Dei Church on College Parkway
  • Additional walk registration dates to be announced at a later time

Or, you may send an e-mail to registrar@broadneckbaseballsoftball.org to set up an appointment to register online and make a cash or check payment at that time.

Volunteer Policy
Youth organizations are dependent upon volunteers to perform all of the functions necessary to make their programs successful. As BBSC has expanded over the past few years, the need for volunteers has become great.  Volunteers work as managers, coaches, instructors, mentors, administrators, field preparation helpers, concessions workers, purchasing agents, and all the other duties necessary to provide the best for the kids in this organization.

When you register your player, you will be asked to choose a day and time to volunteer for one of many opportunities, such as working in one of our concession stands, assisting with the BBSC Bull Roast, field preparation, and more.  If you are unable to volunteer for one of these opportunities, you may select the $50 buy-out option in lieu of volunteering.

Certificate of Registration Information
After completing the Player Registration Form including online payment information, click the "submit" button one time only. Please be patient. It may take a while for your information to be processed.

If for any reason your payment is not approved, or you are kicked off the browser, please re-register.

All registration forms from this page are on secure sites.  Once the form is processed, including the payment option, you will receive a Certificate of Registration.

Late Registration Fee
Because of the large number of players and teams, BBSC needs to close registration by March 8th so that team selection and equipment can be ordered. A late registration option is offered at an additional cost of $30 per player after March 8th. All late registrations pose the risk that specific divisions may be closed and not accepting late registrations. BBSC will create a wait list for any closed divisions and make every effort to place all kids that sign-up onto a team. 

Financial Scholarships
It is the policy of BBSC that any age appropriate boy or girl living on the Broadneck Peninsula have the opportunity to play baseball or softball, notwithstanding an inability to pay the registration fee.  BBSC will consider, on a very limited basis and upon need shown, granting a partial or full scholarship.  Please contact Registrar@broadneckbaseballsoftball.org for more information.     

Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to the registration fee. A $15 service fee will apply to all refund requests, at the discretion of the league, to recover costs incurred by the league prior to a player's withdrawal. Refunds must be requested via email to Registrar@broadneckbaseballsoftball.org. No refunds will be issued after the start of practice or after uniforms are issued without the written permission of the Vice President of Baseball or the Vice President of Softball.
